BREAST ICE AND HEAT PACKS FOR SOOTHING COMFORT AND RECOVERY Throughout life breasts can go through some tender moments, which is why we created BodyICE Woman Breast Packs. Our breast pads have been designed to fit comfortably inside your bra and around your nipples which can be cracked and tender during breastfeeding. They can be used warm or cold to provide relief from a range of conditions and discomforts including breast engorgement, mastitis and blocked milk ducts. Our breast ice packs can also be used after breast augmentation surgery and for general soreness that can be experienced during menstruation, hormonal changes and puberty. Our breast pads are made from medical grade PVC and flexible non-toxic gel beads which allows the breast pack to conform around your breasts. The shape of the breast pad is cleverly designed to fit comfortably inside your bra and around your nipples or breast pump, which makes them perfectly suited for breastfeeding. When frozen the breast ice packs provide cooling, soothing relief from cracked nipples, engorgement, mastitis and surgery incisions. When heated, they can assist the 'let-down' reflex and ease the flow of milk which can also be helpful if you have blocked milk ducts. Each breast pack from BodyICE Woman® contains: 2 x gel bead breast packs (for hot or cold use) 2 x washable breast sleeves INSTRUCTIONS Heat or cool the BodyICE Woman® range as per the following instructions. Slip on the protective, washable sleeves provided (optional) and place breast or perineum pack in place. Apply for the medically recommended time of 15 minutes. COLD THERAPY Place in freezer without sleeves for approximately 2 hours or submerge in icy water until desired temperature is achieved. HEAT THERAPY Submerge in hot water without sleeves or microwave for the suggested times below. Heat in additional 5-second increments until desired temperature is achieved.
